Update your account details

You can update your Username and name and Password from the app itself.

1. Click on the workspace menu from the top-left corner. You can see the User setting menu, click on it.

2. You can update Username and name, modify the necessary details, and hit the Update Profile button.

Change your Password

To update your password, please follow the below steps.

1. Click on the workspace menu from the top-left corner. You can see the User setting menu, click on it.

2. You can see the Change Password block below the user's details block.

   SS

3. Enter Current password, New password, and Confirm password.
4. Hit the Change Password button.

Forgot/Reset Password

If you've forgotten your Firecamp account password and facing an issue while signing in. You can reset your password.

1. Go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot Password
2. Enter your email and you'll receive an email with Token.

3. Enter the received Token , Email, and New Password.

4. You've successfully changed the password.
